RECRUITMENT OF FACTORY DIRECTOR
I. Job description.
- Building production process and planning.
+ Coordinate with relevant departments to build production processes.
+ Disseminate and guide the contents of the process so that subordinate employees and workers are known for implementation.
+ Based on the assigned general plan, foreman will conduct production plan, ensuring to meet the requirements on progress and quality.
- Deploy production plan
+ Organize daily work assignment for workers during the production shift.
+ Guide and urge workers to ensure compliance with technological processes, on schedule, and with quality requirements.
+ Proactively propose solutions to increase production efficiency.
- Responsible to the superiors for the production situation and progress.
- Management of machinery, equipment and goods
+ Responsible for the management of all machinery, equipment, raw materials, finished goods, semi-finished products ... of the workshop under their charge.
+ Regularly check the operation of machines and equipment and promptly detect the damage, notify the relevant department to handle it so as not to affect the production progress much.
- Human resource training
+ Conducting selection and training of supervisory staff, team leaders in the factory.
+ Coordinate with relevant departments to organize training courses to improve workers' skills.
- Other jobs
+ Building and maintaining a hygienic, safe working environment and fire and explosion prevention at the factory.
+ Disseminating specifically the new policies and regulations of the company to the workers.
+ Obtain suggestions and feedback from workers and submit them to higher levels for consideration.
- Perform other jobs as requested by superiors
